Cancellation Policy
I totally understand that life happens, it happens to me too! One rescheduled consultation within 24 hours is fine, text me at 571-207-6355 then request a new date/time and move your appt, so I have the chance to rebook it. Out of respect for my, your and my clients' busy schedules, no shows cannot be rescheduled as a complimentary consultation, however you are welcome to schedule a paid consultation as follows: PREMIER MEMBERS: $75 ELITE MEMBERS: $75 for same month, or no charge to schedule for following month. (Two no shows may result in removal of complimentary consultation access- $75 fee will apply to future consults.) Cheers and thank you! ~Renee Ventrice
