When I owned a winery and brewery tour company, people would ask me for an itinerary in a thinly veiled and oh so obvious attempt to access my industry knowledge for customizing experiences without actually paying for a tour... SO ANNOYING. I found a pretty simple solution:
I took it as an opportunity for new revenue generation: I made Concierge Planning Services a line item in my offers. No tour budget? No problem, but also no freebies.
