Thank you for understanding that this policy is to respect your, my, and other clients' time.  Work goes into preparing for your sessions and therefore they are non-refundable. You may reschedule or transfer your session to another person. We understand that life happens; however, repeated no-shows or late reschedules (two or more) are subject to being restricted from the schedule and will receive recorded or written coaching.
